Description |
A 3 part commemorative badge. The top bar is an ornate rectangle bar-pin. It is stamped brass with a "gold" coloring. A white paper insert that reads "VIRGINIA" in printed black is covered with a celluloid cover. Attached to the clasp pin on the back of the bar-pin is a rectangular blue satin ribbon with a depiction of 3 rifles crossed into a tent like pattern with the words" GETTYSBURG 1913" in printed gold. Connected to the ribbon is a photo portrait of R. E. Lee with a celluloid cover. |
