Description |
The banner is a starched cotton rectangular replica of the Army of Northern Virginia battle flag. It has a red field, blue cross, and white stars in the cross. A white border follows the lines of the cross. This banner is associated with two other banners, a Virgina State flag replica (.269) and a swallowtail banner with a blue field border with white stars (.269b). |
