A commemorative badge. An "antique" bronze shield with a depiction of a dome of a (capitol?) building. Underneath the depiction is the flag of the Army of Northern Virginia on the left and the 3st National flag on the right with crossed staffs. They are colored in blue, red, and white enamel. At the bottom of the shield are the letters: "S.C.V." |
