A commemorative badge. The top of the badge is an ornate rectangular bar-pin made of stamped brass and colored bright "gold." It is connected to rectangular white satin ribbon. The ribbon has applied corrugated paper flags that were sewn to the ribbon. They are red, blue, and white. Printed in gold is: "DELEGATE 18th Annual Session GRANDCAMP C.V. VIRGINIA (flags) PETERSBURG, VA. OCT. 25, 26, 27, 1905" |
