The badge consists of round pin attached to a red satin ribbon. The pin is made of tin, paper, and celluloid, with the following markings, "CONFEDERATE REUNION NORFOLK VA., 1907" around the edge with an Army of Northern Virginia pattern flag in the center. The ribbon is marked in silver letters, "DELEGATE / GRAND CAMP / OF / VIRGINIA / C. V." |
