A rectangular white satin ribbon with printed blue letters:"...State of Virginia". Then there is an Army of Northern Flag in red and blue (on white) followed by: "ROANOKE, VA October 24-26 1906" in blue letters. This ribbon has been cut just above the words: "State of Virginia" (see TBMR-223.2). |
