Description |
The commemorative ribbon consists of two parts: a length of white silk ribbon with a black silk border and a blue silk ribbon bow attached to the top. The bottom of the ribbon is chevron-shaped, edged with gold thread fringe and center tassel. An anchor is printed in blue slightly below center of the ribbon. "IN MEMORIAM / NAVAL / VETERAN" is printed in blue above the anchor. "LEGION / May 30th, 1895" is printed in blue below the anchor. |
